What's new

What was the last thing you ate?

kabab sandwich. again. that's what i had for breakfast yesterday, lunch yesterday, dinner yesterday, and breakfast today. :21:

I havent been able to participate on thread for last 2 days.

I can hear you asking 'why not Oxy, why not?'

I'll tell you.

I am officially eating less - less junk. More fruit. And I went on a 1 hour walk.

I am serious.

Next person to say I ate 'chocolate or Monster Munch or other nice junk food gets banned'

:14: Congratulations Oxy on eating more healthier....My dad was in the same boat as you, was eating lot of fatty foods and rich salaans full of ghee, but when he saw his weight increase and cholestral levels during routine checkup, he had smartened up his act...Now even my mom has cut back on the ghee and stuff, and he eats healthier, and resulted in him losing 40 pounds.......

2 nights ago, I remembered something MIG said to me...he said that I owe it to my kids to be alive when they are older.

I ignored that advice for 6 months.

Until now.

waisay, obesity is a big problem amongst Pakistanis not only because of our food but because of our lethargic attitudes

I agree but part of it also has to do with the type of food we have.....You can take out the harmful ingrediants without taking out the 'zaiqa' from the food....

Age has nothing to do with it though....It's all about attitude and self confidence.....

If the body is not used to intense physical avtivity, then after a certain age it will get hard to do it without getting injured etc. Ofcourse walking and light exercises should be done.

A kitkat - no toony it was not one with a code. The 2 stick ones in mulit packs dont have them.

So the last thing I ate tonight was:-

Rice, yougurt, salad (cucumber/tomatoes/sweetcorn/olives/carrot in a light citrus dressing)

I think so too, seems like money grows on trees near his house......

AND unless its a halal subway you are pretty limited in what you can buy, surely one gets sick of Tuna or whatever after a bit

meethi lassi is amazing. I HATE NORMAL LASSI, but the meethi one tastes amazing.

I dont get how u guys cant like meethi lassi/

often i get the 6 inch sub with tuna, but i have to have the subway chocolate chip cookie daily. Im addicted.

A few years ago there was 1 subway in town, now there are about 6 in town and a few nearby - they are bloody everywhere

Subways - went once (at Bull ring in Brummie)

Convo went...

Overseas staff member: -'Vut vud you laaak'

Me: Hmmm...Tuna Salad baggette no tomatoes

Reply : Would you like Onoin, Poopy, sesemea, original, italiano, garlic and herb or philadelphia style baguette?

Me: Tuna Buagette?

Damn to confusing - I left with some thing but not been back

:))) :))) :)))

Yeah the one i went to had an Kut Kut Vut Vut :))) :)))

Damn that was hard, i found it easier to order food in France and Spain

Oxy if you like Tuna Baguette you should buy a Panini maker, the best thing around - make your own Tuna baguette for a fraction of the cost and without the hassle of a Kut Kut Vut Vut :19:

Lamb gobi salan with Naan with orangejuice/mango juice

and a kitkat for afters!

:))) its a type of chocolate cream cake that comes in small little packets. very good little sweet dish and very cheap.

i hated eating raw broccoli, but now my hate has evaporated. even though i don't eat the raw thing itself, the bhujia is just wicked...you have to try it somehow.
