Any fans of desi french toast?

It's egg, lots of sugar and milk stirred together. A slice of bread is then dipped into the mixture before being fried in a spoonful of oil.

Now that is great stuff.

We call it 'mithay towsh' (Sweet toast) but also known as 'eggy bread' in the UK
 
Just had soft boiled eggs mixed with baked beans - sound s gross - looks gross - tastes nice though
 
Just been shopping and bought masses of stuff.

I think its jacket potatoes with some filling that I havent yet invented / split BUNS topped with melted cheddar and mozzerella cheese / lemon meringue pie.

I had Curry Kause (Curry & Spagetti with fried onion, celantro, chili powder, and lemon - a Burmese dish) & left over chicken jalferzi.....

Some channay seemed to appeared in the kitchen - so had a channay sandwich
 
Ok, looks like I am cooking today.

Chicken Tikka pieces
Naan bread
Yogurt / chill sauce / salad
Maybe some garlic mushrooms - have the mushrooms but not quite sure what to do with them!

Lemon Meringue pie for desert

Not had parathay for a couple of months - definatley want aloo or keema parathay next weekend.

I’m starving, had some roast chicken for lunch, hope my mum hasn’t made Dal for dinner, you see, if she treats us with something nice it usually proceeds with a punishment of some sort.
 
Unwritten rule in our household - no daal on a weekend (every day of the week is fine - not Sat or Sun)

Mum's DONT know best when it comes to punishing their offspring in the food dept.
