YOu can buy these 'subway' cards on eBay - basically they are cards with 10 stamps on them - you present them to any Subway (and by paying £1 for a drink) get a free subway.

If you do buy one - use the damn eBay links on the homepage!!!
 
Last night>

Home made chicken pizza - lush!

Today - Breakfast: An apple and banana (quite gross really)

Lunch: Slice of pizza / toast and hummous
 
Spag bol with garlic bread. Then some brownies. Wish all meals were that good.
 
whole chicken mashroom pizza n thats after havin dinner jut an hour b4 :D n ppl say my apetite is bad!

I havent weighed myself since 1st April. I'm gonna step on the scales at the end of the month.

Plus going to London to meet up with friends - that will ensure non-stop daawats for 4 days.

My only hope is that sheesha smoking will burn off the calories...........

Pasta in Tomato & Basil sauce; Poached egg; greek salad; slice of toast.

Still hungary though.

Back on track with the healthy eating though :27:
 
I must go record to say this has been the toughest 10 days in my life - keeping away from nice unhealthy things - posting pics of cakes is unaccepatble in my frail emotional state.

u can try some
triple chocolate caramel fudge cake
yumm yumm rich and smooth melt-in-your-mouth type :) with the caramel dripping at ...flowing over. delicious savoury flavor ...heavenly.

I used to 7 days a week - squash/5 a side/ gym / running / cricket etc etc etc....now awaiting surgery on my spine :( - hence inactivity since 2002 and 4 stone gained...
 
Sensations- sweet and chilli flavour, some vimto fizzy sweets and then had Keema Mattar! lovely

If you are inactive then its vital the diet is right otherwise it goes wrong as you are aware
 
Just ate 2 Rotis with Keema and had a bottle of milk as well

Hey!!! Why so glum everyone? Back to the the food topic.

I havent touch any greasy Asian stylee food (Curries etc) for nearly 2 weeks. I have come to the conclusion that unless you cook curries in water instead of oil, you will never lose any weight!
 
and the sausage? Tis very nice and filling a full English. Can't eat the black pudding though. Disgusting.

2 weeks?! Bravo yaar, keep it up!! Remember to drink at least 2 litres of water a day as well (not all at once though!)

oxy uncle u r gonna HAVE to exercise, or ur weight loss will come back; the weight u lose won't be fat, it'll be ur LBM (lean body mass) and that's BAD cuz it consists of muscle/protein and not FAT.

so diet isn't the only thing; u gotta adapt an exercise program.

i hope ur dietician is really good....

or u can hire me :)
