How much would that cost - just the baguette or bread? Not into cookies etc

£2 for just the sandwich on a thursday

£2.10 otherwise i think

the extra cheese is also 10p more

Different prices on different days - no wonder I dont go there. Its too complicated!

it's the 'meal of the day' on thursday

hence its cheaper

waisay, you should go there, oxy, its good for a diet

Been once - wasnt a good experience. You were expected to chose from 12 different breads - Subway expertes behind me in the queue were getting annoyed. I bought whatever I saw, and left. Didnt taste that great either.

Im gonna go in a while for my first subway experience and order whatever you normally order z10, looking forward to it.

Im a big fan of cookies so hopefully the subway sandwich and cookie lives up to its name.

The cookies in high school were great. White choc chip with soft centre. Oh how i will miss them. :6:

no - its 8 :19:

anyhow that sweet onion sauce is pretty good if a small amount is used
yep i usually get a veggie with cheese covered with jalapenos... and sweet onion sauce on top... thinking about it makes me want to go...

May try a Subway tomorrow. The pronblem I find locally is that it is full of Asian (Ind/Pak student) workers who are a pain to deal with. Its bad enough to have to chose from 8 diff breads - then have a Freshie with attitude tro get past aswell.

Just had a meat feast pizza with Wedges and Salad. Followed by some cookie dough ice cream.

Just been to Nandos in Slough...burrp. We had a whole grilled chicken (extra hot), peri chips, coleslaw, olives, spicy rice and the icy yougurt (which actually tastes like ice cream and apparently is 100% fat free...Oxy take note).

:9: Lets not encourage oxy again to pig out......

waisay, i see that Kashif is falling behind Oxy now in the race to lose weight :D

Waisay fyi, I have lost 4kg already due to the new walking routine to work. Drinking a lot of water, eating fruit...still cant get off cheese. :(

swordfish is the best i have fish i have ever had

it's brilliant

I would second that. Nice taste, does not smell and not far off haddock/cod....my opinion.

Talking of seafood you cant beat a good prawn mayo sandwich.

I'm sure a fish and chippie using halal beef dripping would do well. I have had it by mistake once and it sure tasted v nice.

Had a prawn mayo sandwich once, where the prawns had gone bad :( Bad experience....since then never touched prawns with Skips (prawn cocktail flavour) being an exception.

4KG - since when Kash? Looks like the walking is doing wonders!

I love Cheese - it has to be Mature/Extra mature!

Had Swordfish a couple of time from a works do - great stuff. Also Red Snapper.

Just bought a couple of Salmon fillets for tomorrow - but not sure what to do with them.

Then some nice butter sauce will do, but not for you I guess, just grill them and down they go, rub some lettece on it.

I dont eat butter - looks, smells and probably tastes disgusting!

I think I'll make a sweet lime/chilli type marinade....

I’m bored, I think I might go down and see what the fridge has to offer.

That Nandos trip seems like an eternity ago, but I'm surviving on tea and lots of water. Going to have a banana.

Zushy, not a prawn fan at all since that incident. I go for the safe Cod/Haddock type fish. Fish meat is a haven for those trying to eat Halal where its not easily available. I cannot eat vegetables for too long. I love daal/chawal though...it has got to be masoor ki daal though.

I've just been on the phone to Kashif to get some info on that 0% fat ice-cream!

Resisted the chips at my mums house.

Having pineapple to finish the day.

I had 1 chicken burger some fries, 2 slices of pizza, naan, chicken tikka and two cans of iron bru three hours ago im stuffed! Got to love partys!
