What's new

What was the last thing you ate?

Out of interest - do you fit, healthy youngsters eat 3 big meals a day, or 5 slightly smaller meals?

I usually have two smaller meals and one big one.

Its actually more like cereal - snack - dinner - snack.

I have one filling meal, one light meal and one snack (ie....a mango or on a good day a slice of cake or somethnig)

I have 2 meals everyday..one at 12, one at 8 ish

..and snacks in between sometimes

Thanks for the replies (I apologises for making a serious point on this thread).

Interesting that no one goes for 3 big meals - I think my predicament is making sense....

These days I have a fairly big dinner but little else. Dont really have time for lunch

I just have a dinner...no breakfast or lunch, usually snack on some frozen yogurt, ice cream, milk, or coffee a few times in a day.

usually have breakfast, snack in the afternoon then have a big meal for dinner.

Just had a boost.

Very little breakfast, average lunch, big dinner.

Had to choose between a can of Tizer and half a glass of Mango juice - went for the Tizer.

somedays are better then others for e.g on good days i can eat parathas in breakfast, lunch , dinner...and then munch parathas as snacks........and on not so good days parouwthe only in breakfast...:( but then i only eat 2 meals for the whole day as a sign of me objection ,(which does the trick) so next day im back to my norm :11:

Chicken en croute (again) today with potatoes and veg. Can't wait for tomorrow (junk food day)

1 pizza loaded with everything.

Fries

7 Up (Sugar free of course) :14:

If your going to go on a binge, do it in style. :81:
Hardly a 'binge' - minor lapse perhaps.

I know whata binge is - and this was not one....then theres always tomorrow...

Breakfast: One toast with a slice of swiss cheese.
Lunch: Shepherd's Pie (the ready meal microwaveable variety).
Dinner: Chicken Korma and boiled rice.

I left the house with the specific intention of picking it up - just got in, logged on to see what my fellow 'food fans' had eaten - and realised that I forgot again...

Look what your excessive eating has done to you. Get your priorities sorted. Ever thought of joining weight watchers?

I have 2 young kids - they tend to take over your life - rice tends to be put on the back-burner....

I just had a hataam in the memory of my grandmother so I ate:

Choria
Pakorai
Samosay

Ghosht with roti & naan

3 different varieties of RaasMalaii ( Original, Pistachio and some other)
Angel Delight.

Drank some water- cut down on the coke :)

For an 'ex-obese' guy, you're quite harsh on other fatties....

Where did you get the "obese" thing from?

I was overweight- not obese. Thank you very much.

Although at least I have sorted myself out unlike some others. :10:

That bit - putting other 'fatties' down now that you have achieved the dizzy heights of 'slim-ville'

Just go for a jog in the morning everyday, a couple of miles a day should do the trick. Best thing to do is start of slow then gradually build it up. there is no point of paying £40 a month for gym membership when you could do the equivalent or something even better for free.

Tahir is right - I can look after myself, well me and that 'button' that I am itching topress....
