What was the last thing you ate?

junk food today :D. Southern fried chicken and waffles (havent had waffles in months)
 
Going for a dawat at 8pm.

I ahve no idea whats on the menu apart from the lazy git bought it all from 'outside' - ie junk!!!

Indeed I am - we have been inviting each other over for 10 years - and the criteria is simple - we have to outdo each other every time - without assistance from our wives.

For him to just go out and buy a kebab and chips and gateaux is unaaceptable.

I still make our feast from scratch - he rang to me say 'had to got to town' / 'take kids out' / got up late / didnt get in on time o prepare something etc etc etc
 
Fried chicken, fries, coleslaw.

I really should start excersizing again before cricket starts again, gaining a few pounds.
 
OK - here goes. An interesting meal, followed by a pirate version of X-Men (new one)

4 slices of spicy pizza loaded with tons of meat stuff / pinapples keema etc etc etc

3 Pieces of fried chicken and chips

half a packet of Vienetta

1 bottle of Fanta (1.5 litre)

damn Oxy! thats a lot of food for one sitting(esp for you)... :O

ive never tried pineapple on pizza... sounds gross...

Well we hooked up as a group for the 1st time in about 5-6 years - so it was a real 'chuskaa session' as we called it! It was all junk food - but I'll go for 2 runs tomorrow to make up for it - honestly!

I just turned up - had 3 boxes of pizzas to choose from, and didnt particularly care about the combos on offer.

Fried chicken tasted good after so many months! Wont do that for a long time.

Must go - 1000 press up before I go to sleep.... :))) :))) :)))

Could nt resist having some Crunchy Nut cornflakes whilst watching Brazil v New Zealand....at 8pm...

I think the fact that I have got rid of my signature should be a sure sign that its gone 'slightly off course'.

Thats what happens when the kids have 10 days off school - and I have to drive them everywhere.

They are back in on Tuesday - thanks the Lord!!! And I can back into my routine....

Last update was not posted as it was not good....

how are you going to out do that next time?

You seem to be gaining more weight than losing it. Zushy might have to get in contact with your wife so it's no more than 10 calories a day

Medium pizza- Spicy Chicken and Tandoori Chicken with mushrooms ( All 6 slices I am afraid)

Can of 7-up.

Follwed by some pistachio Raas Malaiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!
 
just had a toffee corner thingy, had nihari in the aft cant beat that (apart from the dakaars)
 
last night after a blunt had some chicken biryani, balti chicken, cookies, chips, and other food that i cant remember...

for breakfast had a "bun gyro" :10:
 
Just lit up a Barbecue for the 1st time ever - following the instructions. If all goes well, I will survive to post later:)
 
BBQ... lucky so and so.

I just had chicken biryani. It was heavenly.

Its surprising how easy having a BBQ is - only ever turned up, ate - and gone! But today had to do it from scratch. Preparation is the key, and my marinated chicken wings prepared last night went down well!

BBQ's are very healthy also - any fat just drips onto the coals - but there was no fat in the chicken anyway.

Definitely. It is not only healthier but tastes excellent. I might actually suggest to my parents that they buy one.

Nothing better than having a BBQ on a nice summer evening. :)

i did it online aswell, its just that i had to search for my password and secret answer - i have had tons of letters from them over the years so it was a pain trying to find that BUT i eventually filled it on and clicked submit so hopefully there shudnt be any problems :19:

Yeh it was quite a bit of hassle finding the details. So much paperwork.
