What was the last thing you ate?

Had 2 parathey earlier.

By the way Oxy hows the dieting and exercise going? I haven't been online for quite some time, would appreciate some kind of update.
 
Parathay seems the most common food on PP.

My mum only makes 'em once every few weeks! :(
 
wow I just stuffed myself at 'Spice Village' Pakistani restaurant in Tooting. Lovely.

We ordered...

Haleem
chicken korma (extra hot)
seekh kebabs
chapplie kebabs or something (??? My Dad ordered, no idea what they were but apparantly an NWFP speciality)
kulfi falooda
sweet lassi

All this week- Ive been getting 'hungar pangs' - i.e feeling hungary immediately after eating a meal. Ive given in a few times, but its not going away. And theres only so much water I can drink as an 'appetite surpressor'!

Have you thought about dividing up your meals and or snacking with fruit and veggies in between all your meals ?

Yes - I thought about it last week - even asked how many meals folks had on PP
 
Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with a boiled egg.

Lunch: 1 apple / 1 banana

And a 45 min walk....

Need to get back on track with this healthy food malarchy

Yes - thats the blandest entry in this thread. Its for people who are sick. And methinks your consumption of Unleaded Parathay ghee may have contributed...
 
Ive only been ill once this year - and basically, kichary being served is a baistee
