Looks like it could be a tough series for Pakistan if we don't get our act together, but England have problems of their own as well.

Voted 1-1 as that's the best possible result for Pakistan. A 2-0 victory just is not happening.

The matches will be over in 3-4 days max.

The team that bowls first will bowl the opposition out and score approximately half its total on Day 1.

Then will be all out on Day 2 while getting rid of half the opposition.

Day 3 is either chasing the small lead the opposition have acquired or finishing them off.

Pakistan young players are talented but I don't think they will be able to win a test in England. England may be poor but they are still a good team at home. Lets look at this objectively, 2016 Pakistan won the series. The first test Misbah scored a hundred and Yasir Shah took a 10-fer. 4th test Pakistan won, Younis scored a double and Yasir took a 5-fer in the second innings. None of those players are in the team now. Azhar had a good series last time and he will be under tremendous pressure to perform.

Australia in 2015:- Avgs 57.5(and this was his career best series)

Root will regain back his conversion rate against Pakistan and India.

My heart says Pakistan, but on paper it's obvious who are favourites.

Realistically, Pakistani batsmen can't put up 300 or more against Anderson in the form of his life. With Broad rediscovering his form, and Woakes [if selected] being world class at home, I wouldn't be surprised if even Azhar has a torrid series. Even though this is his third tour to the UK.

The bowling attack is almost the same as the ODI bowling attack, which doesn't sound promising.

Pakistan can still shock and win a Test because even WI did last year.

A Test series win in England would make me significantly happier than the CT win.

Pakistan will be slightly disappointed if they don't pull off one win. England struggle when the ball moves and Pak will be playing at the right time of the year. It will be 1-1 or 1-0 either way with one of the matches highly affected by rain

Pakistan do have this habit of surprising us! Lots of people on here, including myself went for 1-1 but realistically we know England are strong favourites. However, remember the Champions Trophy last year?

It’s hard to say. Pakistan can be inconsistent. Don’t underestimate England - they will come at us hard. In past tours, we have followed victory at Lords with a defeat or poor performance (2016 - lost heavily at Old Trafford. 1992 - almost lost at Headingley).

Inshallah Pakistan will win but it can honestly go either way.
