What would your team look like in 2030?

Hey guys,
I have got this interesting idea when I was reading threads from long ago and also when i watched this video a guy made when he was 16 year old to talk to his future 32 year old and say what he wanted to be by 32 year. So this thread, I want you guys cricket fans, to share what you are feeling right now about your cricket teams condition and what you hope would be the condition of you by 2030 and what you want to happen by then. People in 2030 can reflect back on this thread, so we are kind of time travelling and talking to future people in 2030.

Firstly I would like to say, as a Pakistani, our teams condition at the moment is kind of dodgy, we are monster in T20s but really struggling in ODIs ever since winning champions trophy. By 2030, I definitely want international cricket to have returned to Pakistan, Pakistan to have won world cup in India in 2023 (that would be the best moment of my life) and also as a cricket fan I want cricket to have spread to more countries and more competitve teams (like afghanista recently) to have spring up, countries like- Nigeria, Botswana, Kenya, Uganda, Malayasia, Indonesia, Netherlands, i hope some of these countries start making competitive cricket teams

Thanks, I would like other countrymen, Indians, Bangladeshis, Afghans and others to also contribute to thread and share their thoughts about future in 2030. Remember this thread is so that in 2030, when people look back to this thread, they can reflect on it, just like how i was reflecting on threads from 2005. Future is undpredictable, thats what makes this thread very interesting. Off topic- My message to myself in 2030 if I am reading this thread- Hope you are happily married and enjoying your life
