I never thought i would say this. But we used to have dilemma about our Batting Quality. But now we even facing worse phase of our bowling. I dont know if its poor form by bowlers or bad patch, but Azhar mahmood, is he competent enough to turn it around for us in the WC?.

Our Batting Line Up looks promising and i think we will compete well in this WC. But bowlers need to improve their body language and their effort level when things start going tough and getting hit around the park. I want Hasnain, Amir, Juni, Shaheen, Ali for the WC. Fahim out and unfortunately Abid ali for Asif ali.

Malik Mirza should have been shown the door after CT but we stuck with him. Hafeez is still a better player in ODI format for us, he adds value to the team. The thing is bro, our Captaan, is not strong enough as an individual who can challenge Inzamam, if he was younis khan calibre, he wont be challenged and he will select team on merit and not seniority. Sarfraz own performance is rubbish and he is lucky to be a captain, so he bitted his tongue and letting inzi makes the call.

Umar Akmal deserved a Chance in Eng odi series. It was not fair to drop him, him and umar khan should have been added to the squad to be tried.

Yeah Sarfraz being an absolute numpty with the bat makes sure he doesn't have much say anymore. It's hilarious watching some 'journalists' lament the fact that Sarfraz is not able to take charge, as if there's a controversy behind it.

I sympathise with him. He's been kept out because he's Kamran Akmal. The form he's displayed, the way he's played on the eyes, he's scored both heavily and quickly, stood out in multiple PSLs and been by a country mile Pakistan's best bat over PSLs not even close. Basically selectors just ignore him, go to the next person in the list who performs a bit worse but as long as he's not named Kamran Akmal, it's all good. It must be frustrating when he sees guys performing way worse than him giving chances, what's the point of trying to fight for international place when nothing he does in domestic matters?

You should pick the best players it shouldn't be done on past reputation. I think Kamran Akmal was kept around in international cricket far too long when he wasn't performing, but two wrongs don't make a right. If a guy is kept around in international cricket with no pressure he declines. He should be hungry for his place and willing to prove himself against other domestic players too.

Performances against low ranked teams often mean nothing, our domestic cricket is harder than say Zimbabwe. It's not fair really, we should give more importance to domestic cricket where players can be directly compared.
