The candidates in an order of 11

1. Fakhar (bats and can bowl a few over)
2. Umar Akmal or Kamran Akmal (Don't really bat and definitely can't keep)
3. Haris Sohail
4. Agha Salman
5. Husain Talat
6. Shadab Khan
7. Fahim Ashraf
8. Amir Yamin
9. Ammad Butt
a. Anwar Ali or Bilawal Bhatti (very much meh but still)
b. Hasan Ali (definitely has potential to be a solid number 9 and even 8)

I might be missing a few but some of them definitely have genuine case of being in the team. I'm leaving out Shoaib Malik for a reason tho.

Addition:

Sohail Akhtar
Nasir Nawaz

in place of Bhatti / Anwar etc.

Imad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz. They aren't the most talented, but the former is very intelligent and the latter has nerves of steel.

None of them can be termed all rounders, barring Yamin, Shadab and Fahim Ashraf.

Umar Akmal and Kamran Akmal shouldn't be anywhere near there. As for Anwar no thank you. Hasan has the potential to be a allrounder but he should be kept to either No.8/9 a position that is best for him. The rest have batters that can bowl or bowlers that can bat. But the list does mention some out and out of Allrounders

Please do not classify bit & pieces players and part timers as all rounders. In terms of true all rounders; I believe Faheem Ashraf and Shadab Khan are the better of the lot. Not disrespect to the likes of Harris Sohail; I classify him as a proper bat. Hussain Talat is an exceptional batsman but I have not seen his bowling to comment. Imad Wasim, Bhatti and Nawaz are medicore with the bat and ball. Agha Salman looks like a good bat but I dont like his domestic average being in its low 30s. He is a very classy bat.
