People always say Virat Kohli reminds of a young Ricky Ponting.
Darren Bravo clearly resembled Brian Lara
Aiden Markram seems to have modelled his game on Kallis+ABD technique
I have not seen Babar Azam too much. Also his batting still is in evolution stage. Till now i wasnt sure of whom he resembled the most, he has a unique style. Yesterday however, I watched him properly in test cricket. I nust say there is a bit of young Sachin in his batting style in test cricket in terms of his stance, stand and deliver kind of approach and demeanour. Like Sachin, he does not move a lot, he focusses on getting the balance and placememy right and I like how he seeks to forget about tue shot and focus on tje next delivery with humbleness, again very much Tendulkar style.
Comparing careers, Babar has a headstart in ODIs but Tendulkar took his game to the next level in his 7-8th year into the game. Babar is at that point in his career, he can make his game even better. Good luck to him.
