Which is the best T20 internationals team since the inception of the format?

Hello Guys,

Pakistan became the first team to win 100 T20is after their last T20i win against Africa. Kudos to them!

I am posting some stats below for all the Test nations that have played T20is. The most shocking aspect is that the highest win percentage is that of Afghanistans - 69.64%. i understand that they have mostly played associate teams, but its still quite a feat.

So which team has been the most consistent in this format since its inception, given the different challenges that teams have encountered and emergence of new leagues around the world. Below are the stats for all the test playing nations:

its quite shocking that both these teams with such rich talent have only won 1 T20 WC so far.
