The drafts are done and seems that the sides have chosen who they want.

Of course, between now and the start of the tournament, there could be injuries and withdrawals, but the core part of each squad should remain the same.

So, which squad looks the strongest on paper, noting the fact that they may not end up as winners.

KK has a very good squad this time. Vince, Sharjeel, Wade, Haider, Malik, Imad, Qasim Akram, Yamin, Amir, Tye, Tahir

Zalmi has the weakest squad.

Multan Sultans - Tim David and Rilee and Rizwan - good batting side.

Lahore Qalanders. They have the best pace bowler and spinner in Shaheen + Rashid Khan. Haris Rauf at the death will also help.

Also, they got some firepower with bat. I would say Harry Brook is the best batsman playing in this tournament.

Close contest between MS and LQ. Shaheen just tips in favour of LQ.

ISLU not far behind either.

LQ has the best squad and KK the bets captain . Zulmi and Quetta will compete for the last position this time.

All eyes now on PSL 8!

LQ to defend their title but how strong are the other squads?

So with the squads now complete - which is the strongest of them all?

Multan Sultans loaded with explosive middle order-lower order batsmen

Poor openers

Multan has a v good attack.but lack in pace dept

Islu and Lq have balanced sides too.
These three teams look the best

Overall the squads seem to be a bit weaker this time around?

Brook is a huge loss for LQ. He could have been exceptional for them in PSL8.

Multan look good on paper to me.

LQ’s batting looks done, without Brook and Hafeez and with Shafique in no form at all. Im generally curious to see how this Shane Dadswell lad does. I think you’ll see Shahwaiz Irfan get some games at No.3 to play agressively. LQ are going to be either feast or famine, given that their bowling, now with Sikander Raza and Liam Dawson included, is world class.

Brook is a big miss, and availability factors are annoying, however we’re getting Miller, Wade, Pollard, Tom Curran, Hasaranga as newcomers this year.

In any case, PSL is less about the established performers and more about the bright young things. Harry Brook announced himself in this comp last year, and I think we’ll see some new names emerge from the Comp this year as well

Knew it by miles that Brook was gonna be too busy during the PSL
there is a test series in february, limited overs in march and 1 series before... he's now their mainstay player now... They could have roped in Bairstow or Dewald Brewis in the draft
