Which PSL team do you support in PSL 2018 and why?

Saw something curious when watching the PSL with some fans, there werent too many people supporting one team (apart from family members and cronies of owners)- there seem to be general support for all teams and individual players.

Wondering if this will ever change? Are most fans like that?
 
Think most people won't pick teams to support as of now and won't be die-hard fans. PSL is still in its infancy and most pakistanis are just glad that there is a high calibre pakistani T20 tournament for everyone to enjoy.

Thats the issue in getting crowds as not enough passion in there
 
I've yet to see a single PSL game ever lol however I'd choose Lahore Qalandara and Karachi Kings cause those are the cities I spend the most time in during my visits to P-land.
 
Lahore qalandars, exciting firepower at the top. And the likes of yasir shah bowling under mcullums captaincy, with our very own umar akmal as keeper. It's a very entertaining team that gels together well.
 
Islamabad is my hometown, Misbah is captaining the boys & there are some exciting young talents (Shadab, Talat, Farhan, Amad). Enough reasons to be a passionate fan.

can we sport a team on base of player not on base of region or something else in psl?

my region is islamabad that is why its is my second best team after Qg. i was sporting Qg since three year? on the other hand every other team has a player we like especially young player like ibtasm , akther, sahbzada, ..

can we start sporting on player basisin psl?

Lahore due to umar akmal and other exciting players such as shaheen sunil and others. Support some players such as wahab rahat amir,etc.2nd favorite is Peshawar!!
 
If Islamabad's kit wasn't such an eyesore would definitely support them. Also not a reason to support is Misbah's band of brothers notably Iftikhar and Asif.

Still have a soft spot for the team because want to see Fahim Ashraf become a reliable confident all-round option.


As of now the support is for Quetta Gladiators.
 
Any alliances with actual Pakistan Super League teams?

Does anyone actually support a team or are mostly individual players supported? It is so in my case anyway. I am just supporting specific players regardless of their team.
 
Support Karachi because family is from there. Other than that I have a soft spot for Islamabad due to the fact they have Faheem, Shadab and Sahibzada and for some reason I generally feel sorry for Lahore and their owner and want them to finish somewhere other than last. Originally in the first season I liked Quetta but now I don't because of the constant push of Shafiq and Anwar Ali. Zalmi and Multan are pretty boring.
 
My family is from Karachi, but I love Lahore team because of their attacking mentality, B-Mac has been my favorite player, bright green jerseys, etc.

If I wasn't from Karachi I would support Qalandars.
 
As a Karachite I have only been able to support Karachi. Other than that Quetta has been my secondary team as they have shown consistency .
 
Islamabad is the home city for me but I dont feel any loyalty to them as I dont live there.

I hope Lahore can come back and reach the final, they are a great franchise.
 
I can still only correctly recall a couple of players from each team so far. Maybe after a few more matches I can make a more informed decision, however I think I will just be supporting certain players and not teams.

Karachi has the best team this year. Will be really surprised if they don't win this time.
 
Multan Sultan is too old
Islamabad united needs to get his combination right

I go with Karachi Kings.
 
Seeing as I am from Karachi. I support Karachi Gladiators and the city's B team Karachi Kings.
 
Nobody, I just want to see good players who can come into the national team for us.
