Over the last year batting averages for batsmen 7-11

Bangladesh
Pakistan

England but most of the time they have bowling all rounders at the end of there order.

7. Shadab
8. Fahim
9. Hasan
10. Amir

I'll wait for you to come up a better lower order.

England. Players who are in the team for their bowling such as Rashid, Plunkett all have at least 1 FC century.

England is definitely no.1 as most of there low order are considered allrounders. Moeen at No.7, Woakes No.8, Willey No.9, Plunkett No.10 and Rashid No.11. Thats pretty good. All the others are behind them. Pakistan have to ability to be really tailenders bar no.11 who could be Rumman Raees, Junaid Khan or Usman Khan.

You listed actual performance. What about ranking based on talent and potential?

I'll give you a good reason why you cant rank players on talent and potential.

6 years ago Steve Smith was ranked on his potential and talent, how did that work out.

Talent and potential is what delivers results from the actual performance.

Many posters ignore facts and you listed facts. It was a tongue-in-cheek comment ;)
