Which Partnership is better for Thrilling last wicket win against Australia and South Africa

1) Inzamam and Mushtaq added 50+ for last wicket at National Stadium Karachi 1994, Warne McGrath McDermott were shell shocked so was Mark Taylor.

Or

2) perrerra/Fernando’s 78 run stand at Durban against strong pace attack.

My choice is Inzamam/Mushtaq.
Purely because that match had more crowd and more drama n twist n turns.

Away match wins, particularly in Sena countries are always going to be more special. Having said thats both were great

easily perrerra/fernando because winning in overseas and that too against probably world best bowling attack ATM

How about Laxman / Ishant in Mohali 2010?

Not even comparable. SA had wide range of arsenal to knock over a no.11 batsman in familiar conditions. Let that sink in this team made only 191 in the first innings. SA didn't cross 300 in either of their innings.

Definitely Durban

One of the most difficult places to tour
Away from home
A greenhorn team hurting from.injuries and lack of Mathews
Bona fide world class bowling attack

Karachi was good but then the Aussie team back then was still finding their way to the top. Plus they were not really in their elements on a pitch that went against their strengths.

That Karachi match is sadly tainted by the whiff of match fixing. Just pull up the highlights on youtube and you'll realize there was something fishy going on. Australia were bowling without a slip at one stage bowling to the number 11, and Ian Healy pulled his hands away from the ball to miss a straightforward stumping. Junaids

Wasn't there some catches or stumping missed of the final wicket ?

Healy missed a simple stumping off Inzamam and allowed the ball to slide past him for 4 byes that won the match for Pakistan. But more than that, there were some really perplexing field placements and bowling changes by Australia while Mushtaq was on strike. It almost seems as if they were actively trying to lose that match. That whole tour is tainted, but everything was brushed under the carpet by the ACB.

Considering how South Africa have been on a role recently at home, this has to be the better knock of the two!

Lara and Inzi played at home. This was away and that too in SA who have been on a roll for a while. Best Ever!!!

You could also add SL was also on a roll lol Since september they have lost 17 of 20 matches in all formats. They forgot how to win matches. So this is commendable.
