Who do Pakistani bowlers lose the ability to move the ball a couple of years after debut?

I have seen countless eg in the last decade or so, be it Umar Gul cutters, Junaid khan 2013, Usman Khan 2014, M.Amir, Hasan Ali in PSL 1st season, except for Rahat Ali all these bowlers seems to lost the art the more they played, yes they might have gained accuracy and more pace but their key ingredient is missing.

Usman had to change his action after injury I believe. Junaid too was never the same after his injury. Amir hasn’t been the same since his suspension. Hasan Ali comes on to bowl after 15+ overs, you really expect him to move the ball after that lol ?
