Rizwan was not in charge of T20 series, so why was he ignored in the first 4 T20s, only one person consistent for both CT championship fiasco and this T20 disaster series and his name is Aqib. You can also argue his poor selection team too but certainly Rizwan has no involvement in the series just passed no matter how much anyone wants to malign him. He does have his own issues in batting and may be as a captain too, but not everything past 10 years is his fault.

Lack of seam bowling all rounder probably is the reason why he was not included. Pakistan was scared of using only 2 seamers as there won't be anybody to bowl death overs and new ball overs. He has one match experience in ODI. So you don't know how he will go. Probably they didn't want to take a chance. Now that he is getting opportunities. He should make the most of it and seal the place.
