Just wondering who the better part time slow left armer is between the two :98:

from what i've seen of both, probably Haris Sohail. He actually gets the ball to turn and Fakhar Zaman's bowling looks poor tbh

I’m only interested in this for ODIs:

Fakhar has a List A average of 31.77 with economy rate of 5.11

Haris has a List A average of 52.20 with economy rate of 5.67

haris has bowled mostly in internationals.

From what I've seen so far of both,Haris.

But Fakhar has a very small sample size in internationals.

Haris is better from what I've seen so far, but Fakhar could get better the more he bowls. He got a couple wickets in the PSL.

Haris, but he is made of caramel pudding.

Part time bowlers don't survive for their bowling skills, rather their intelligence & game reading ability. Most successful part-timers performed when there is a scoreboard pressure, because they used their batting psyche while bowling. The best part-timer I had seen was Viv; while Mark (Waugh), Tendulkar, Hari De Silva, Salim Malik, Border, Astle, Amarnath, Mudassar ..... were cunning, more than anything else.

In that regard, Fakhar should be a successful part-timer as well, because guy is extremely dedicated and focused, may be for his defense training - therefore he is punching above his weight and he'll do that in bowling as well, guy has a listening & learning habit.

On contrary, Hari is not only unfit, he is fool as well - otherwise, with that natural ability, he would have been faaaaaaaaaar better cricketer than what he is now. He started bowling seriously 6 months before 2015 WC as an alternate option, and in few weeks time reached a decent level, which indicates that cricket skills are natural to him; but so his appetite and fitness (lack of it). I don't think, Hari's knee will allow him to bowl 6/7 overs regularly, otherwise he could have been a top class ODI batting all-rounder.

Do you think his official age is his real age?

Haris. I think his bowling ability is on par with Imad. The only issue is his poor fitness and the fact that he never took his bowling seriously.

Harris has more experience at International level. Unless Fakhar gets some experience we cannot say.

Haris; based upin his success at international level and he actually spins it more than Nawaz and Imad; bowls conventional left arm off spin and gets the job done

Bro, Haris picked up 3 wickets in 1 over in a test match purely because of his skill of turning the ball.

Haris. Fakhar's a decent part timer though.

Haris, Fakhar and Malik combined should be able to give us 10 overs a match easy.

Harry Sohail throws out his back, pulls his calf and has a wrist injury before he gets through an over.

Fakhar Zaman is a better bowler by the sheer fact that he can actually bowl an over without being stretchered off.
