Who was resonsible for the sinking of PNS Ghazi?

There have been conflicting reports over the sinking of PNS Ghazi with both Pakistan and India giving their own versions. Pakistan blamed accidental detonation of mines that Ghazi was laying as the reason behind its sinking while India credits INS Rajput for destroying the Pakistani submarine and have built a Memorial Park on the Visakhapatnam coast where Ghazi sunk.

Any neutral deep insights over what happened ?

I think the evidence now points to some internal explosions. These could have been triggered by some pre-existing malfunction or due to shock waves from depth charges dropped by INS Rajput.
