Sorry for being obvious but Babar Azam.
He'll score 400+ runs and Imam 350+.

Looks like it will be Imam

The impactful runs will be scored by Babar, Harris, Hafeez and maybe even Malik at times

Imam will be that one guy - what strike rate he does it is another question

Imam surely. Unlike Azam, who scores pretty 30s and 40s then gets out, Imam is very strong at converting his starts into big scores.

Imam is the most likely. Babar has looked good in the past two games but the question if he can keep getting good scores.

Imam would struggle in most games, these teams are not Zimbabwe, and his bouncer weakness will be exploited by most teams. I'm sure he'd be the lowest averaging batsman among ours (and the one with slowest SR as well).

I'll put money on Fakhar. He was also the highest scorer in Champions Trophy 2017

I have seen him pull some shot against wood and archer .he was quite good till that one bouncer which he got injured

Bobby!

He has improved his game against spin aswell now.

Time for him to announce himself at the mega stage.
InshaAllah!

Bobby is a world-class batsman and as he said in the episode of WeHaveWeWill he has some “bigger” plans for the WC :ba

We are waiting for his surprise!

Imam for these reasons:

1. Being an opener gives him immense advantage
2. He's fairly consistent
3. His conversion rate from 50 to 100 is excellent
4. He has the ability to hit big hundreds (125+)
5. He seems to be in excellent form recently

He's lost his wicket to bouncer twice in the England series, and has not been most comfortable facing the ball. These days with analysts etc around, teams know well each batsman's weakness going into each game.

Though I hope he does improve his game to the bouncer, for Pakistans sake

A real close one between Imam and Babar. Babar has looked in good touch so i could now see him edging Imam.

I can close my eyes and pick Babar. He is the most consistent and will score the most runs.

Babar will score 500 runs in 9 matches at a S/R of 90.

Imam will score 400 runs in 9 matches at a S/R of 80.

Fakhar will score 300 runs in 9 matches at a S/R of 120.

Could be a very low scoring contest this one! But Babar seems to be the crowd favourite.

i come back from my hiatus to rant about that complete lack of skills from the bowlers and choke from battsmen

Need Babar Azam to justify his best Pak batsman label.

Hafeez and Babar could be those people!

Imam should be it - given Babar's current issues

These batsmen are only interested in stats padding the least they can do is atleast notch up tons.

Hafeez is the only guy rn batting for the team.

He got a tad unlucky today. 9/10 times that would’ve been a six.

But 1 Hafeez is not enough.
