Bumrah being injured could mean he might not play all tests India is scheduled to. With the bench strength India have, they can afford to manage his workload

Shaheen has played 8 test matches while rest have played 10. Expecting Bumrah, Lyon and Anderson to play more overall as well by the end of WTC so they will have a better shot at it so wickets alone would not be a balanced comparison.

At the moment it terms of wickets per match Shaheen is going at avg of 5 which is more than others.

What about Shaheen's fitness?

So many T20I coming our way - he should not have gone on this ODI tour.

He shouldn't. Babar's logic was the team doctors can attend to him better. Atleast babar confirmed he won't play more than 1 game. I hope he doesn't play at all, and Dahani and Naseem play all 3.
