Do you agree with the rankings? Should Saim Ayub or Naseem Shah have cracked the top 5? Is Yashasvi Jaiswal truly the standout young player in world cricket?

Harry Brook is the best followed by Gill followed by Cameron Green.

Among this list, it is Jaiswal.

Apart from this, if we are counting 25+, there is Harry Brooks, Gill, Rachin Ravindra, Cameron Green and Washington Sundar.

Not only does India have lots of talented youngsters, they also have great systems ensuring the players become their best form in their early 30s - guys like Pandya, Axar, Iyer, Rahul, Bumrah, Siraj, Kuldeep etc are at that level now.

Jaiswal, Gill, Pant, Sundar, Arshdeep, Tilak, Abhishek, NKR etc are yet to hit their final forms.

Pakistani players are at their best in a few seasons in their early 20s but regress later on. Jamshed, Junaid, Umar Akmal etc. Even guys like Babar and Shaheen couldn't buck this trend although they were better for longer.

Naseem's best is prolly behind him.

Of course Jacob Bethell with no 100 in his career in any format. International or domestic is at no 3 form Wisden.

I stopped reading after that.
Naseem Shah at 6 :vk2 . pinging @Sachin fan for this too.

What a ranking 🤣🤣. 6th best young cricketer my foot. Naseem has ironically achieved more with his bat then with the ball 😭😭.

Should be Jaiswal .Brewis and others have to play well in sub continent with out getting smogged first.
From Indian Team Perspective, sai sudarshan can be a solid contributor as dravid in longer formats . he can accumulate all the day along.
Reddy is a bright prospect with good technique . Suryavanshi will have to dislodge abhishek to get in to t20s .its a tough ask but he has it. I hope mayank will be fit after the back surgery. I think jurel is 23 and got the crunch match attitude
