It was a crooked plan to eliminate pandits from the valley Incase of a plebisite. It appears all the muslim bros in Kashmir thought Indian government will be a chicken after the Jihadi tigers entered kashmir in 1990. They ruthlessly executed and kicked out 300k pandits and thought they were unbeatable tigers of Islam. That was ethnic cleansing. Unfortunately for them, it coincided with BJPs rise through Babri Masjid demolition and it was the beginning of the war of ideologies and religions. The 2008 Amarnath land dispute sealed the deal for kashmiris. The mayhem they created for a mere 100 acres of land to be allotted to hindu pilgrims opened the door for RSS and BJP in kashmir. The rest is history. Rest of India Muslims were always looked down by the Kashmiris for some weird reason and now they don't have the sympathy of 200 million either. The rest is history and the tigers are now kitten.

Neither are you someone who aids the Taliban (at least I hope not), nor am I a soldier.
All Kashmiris need to do is to stop trying to kill or injure Indian soldiers and the firing will stop. It is not as if the 40 dead jawans in Pulwama didn't have parents, wives and children.
We both know it is about skin complexion. The world however cares more about what you produce.

How can they stop, when the 700K strong brutal Indian genocidal occupying thug force has been oppressing the Kashmiri population for decades? Put yourself in their shoes, how would you respond when forced into desperation and on the brink of death or survival?
No reason to be desperate. More than half the world lives in dictatorships, in comparison the Kashmiris have a lot more rights. The Indian Central Government also spends more per capita on Kashmiris compared to the average Indian. Kashmir also have very good natural resources, so the people can choose to be prosperous if they stopped attacking the Indian troops.

More than half the world that lives in dictatorships should be freed of such oppression, just as Kashmiris should be.
Not sure the people there can choose much of anything, not with 700K gun toting thugs who can and do violate every possible freedom a person can hope to have. With regular frequency.
As human beings, I would think we should all support the end of suffering for other human beings. Country, religion, politics are man made tools to organize / control people. It is sad that they take precedence over what is our innate, default setting : Empathy for other human beings.
I agree with you that the world should be free of all oppression. Families losing their children is the worst thing in the world.

Amnesty is a British NGO. So there is no law that says they must be allowed in India.
They have already broken Indian laws and are facing criminal charges sinces last couple of years.

This Arnab guy is often bashed by his own Indian people for being a liar and what not! Sometimes he says India does not want Pak Kashmir then the next day we are scared off them. Only one having a heart attack are his people terrified of what will happen in IoK when the curfew is lifted. Pak Kashmir is just fine, no one is being bullied or killed in AJK neither does anyone carry the Indian flag there. All national news media is biased. If they aren't then they will get govt support withdrawn. BBC is generally criticised for not being biased enough if anything. Israel has a very powerful lobby in the UK so BBC has to mind it's step. When it comes to India, they have no reason to be biased, although with an increasing hindutva presence in the UK maybe that will change.

They are biased wrt India because historically they have been pro Congress, even in UK they promoted Indian Congress, that’s why it’s hard to take their opinions seriously.
Reuters is good though, always tries to sticks to facts

Reuters is reputable, don’t think it’s left, that’s NPR and VoxBBC, Reuters, AP are all far left News Outlets.
Al Jazeera is Islamists mouth piece.
In the west, we have a Far left and Islamists unholy alliance. Very believable.
Reuters used to be reputable. Not anymore. I am an avid reader of Yahoo News and I read tons of articles from Reuters. It is quite evident where their loyalties lie.
There is a clear bias in all News outlets in US. They all range from left to far left.
Very few are right wing. Fox is their flag bearer.
