What's new

Why do we have minorities in Pakistan? Quaid-e-Azam speech of 11th August?

My Intension is not to Impose my beliefs on you or to forcefuly convert you.

You have your own faith and i have no issue with you furthermore if you only recite Kalima and claim that you are a muslim that you are a Muslim for me.

But Stop deciding my faith and stop defining Me. Its my life and our life fo which we are responsible and we can give our religious views like all humam beings have the human right to say what they their beliefs are. If you dont like dont agree just Ignore.

But without even knowing what our Khilafatt stands you jumped into Minority Pakistan thread and tried to be Ahmadiyya Muslim Representative Worlwide and a Najoomi and future teller of What our Khilafatt stands for

You wrote Isis , TTP and Bokoharaam ideology for which they are fighting struggling in a Barbaric inhumane way of doing Qabza over Worldly Governments.

If we had the same agenda of getting Worldly Governments we would have been doing the same things as they are doing but our actions speak for ourself.

If you are a Doctor or Engineer or a noble student or a noble professional living a Peaceful Life and are a good human being which i am sure you will be than I have no right to say that tommorow you will Burst and kill innocent people. If I say that than i will be an intellectually dishonest person with Malafide intentions. Similarly when you even don't know ABC about my community and its Agenda except for ABC failex exposex websites whose Manjan doesn't sell than you should not say what we will do in Pakistan. We have no such aims and objectives and our history tells how much blood we have spilled in last 127 years and who we are.

Just Leave Us Alone and Do not define Us or try to define Us.

World has Open Eyes and they can see and judge themselves by Actions in their Societies and Communities that who is who

Now forget that it is a Pakistani or Indian Phenomenon. It is out your hand and out of your sight. You cannot control it cannot reduce it. You have to take takkar with Allah SWT and pray every midnight and cry your Soul that O Allah what you did with 29 Imposter Prophets and there followers where within No Point you made them Extinct and Nishaan e Ibrat for all why that did not happen with Mirza Ghulam Ahmad AS and his followers despite us declaring them non muslim , burning their homes , properties, killing them taking their lives doing worst persecution why they did not vanish ? Why 1 rule for 29 imposters and another for this 1 if he was imposter. Than Allah will Answer you. Have faith in Allah World History tells you that Allah as per his Promises of Quran has destroyed Each and Every Imposter Prophet and has made their Followers Nishaan e Ibrat. So have faith. Allah is JUST.

Meanwhile Leave Us Alone.

I asked you a simple question based on what you have written in one of your posts...

Holy figures are not magicians or trick sellers. Neither are they representatives of worldly people who have to dance on the Dugdugee of their Worldly Masters. They only say and claim what Allah tells them and ask them to tell the world. They don't claim on the wishes of their opponents and opposers.

My question was whether your holy man has spoken with god directly. Your answer could and should have been yes or no. Instead, You ignored that and made some outrageous accusations in your post. If you cannot have a civil debate where your views are challenged and makes you uncomfortable then perhaps you should avoid posting in such threads.

First of All you learn that " Why there are minorities in Pakistan " " What was Quaid e Azam's ideology " has nothing to do with Jamaat e Ahmadiyya or Ahmadiyya Caliphood.

Secondly You need to understand that Pakistan was not made as a Ahmadiyya State nor it was intended to be made into an Ahmadiyya state in future whereby this is what you wrote in this thread :

The Holy or UnHoly Debate started after your this Post :

If you want to give Lectures of Civil Manners to others than follow them yourself aswell.

1. If you want to Write about your dreams about How An Ahmadiyya Pakistan State would look like than Open a New thread and give your Prophecies about future in that thread.

2. If you have contentions over what is the definition of a Holy Man ? And does God Speak with a Holy Man or Not ? Or whether God speaks with Ahmadi people who they consider as Holy than Open a Seperate Thread and discuss these things in those Threads. You will be duly answered.

Now Do not derail this thread further and read the OPENING POST and give your Maahirana Raaey Scholarly Opinion on that Topic. This thread is not about Eagle Eyes Prophecies.

You are conflating two issues with regards to minorities, one is to do with your origin/beliefs/orientation and the second to do with treatment by the state as in your example, you are a German national (I think) of Pakistani origin but you feel that the state makes no distinction in law between you and an indigenous German. The thrust of Jinnah's speech is that you can be whoever you are, the state will not make a distinction between you as long as you are a pakistani, and I agree with that.

The answer to your question about why non muslims cannot be prime minister or president is straight forward and dare I say you know too. Because pakistan was made in the name of islam, they do not want non muslims leading the country in the same way as a non-jew being prime minister or president of Israel. We can disagree with it, but ultimately its down to the people, until and unless they changed their mind... it is what it is.

Back to my question about your caliph, you provided an answer which relates to you being a minority. Imagine a scenario where all muslims decided you know what... Ahmedism is the way to go and we had it all wrong and therefore Ahmedis become the vast majority( say 95% as is the case with Pakistan with muslim population I think). In this case, where does your caliph and khilafat fit in with what Jinnah said? Caliphs are traditionally leaders of the religion and government all rolled into one.

I am not at all confusing two issues read my op again and my question is still the same why the concept of minority when everyone is a Pakistani end of story.

Secondly thank you for comparing Israel with Pakistan clearly nations made on based of religion do things like Pakistan and Israel does...hence religion should not be part of state, but personal belief of everyone should be respected.

There is no religion called Ahmedism it is Islam simple as that....secondly our caliph is not political statesmen he do not interfere in state matters nor he influence himself on political subjects (like I gave you example of Germany that everyone is allowed to vote as per his liking caliph do not suggest any candidate party or agenda). A majority Ahmadia country will run as per its constitution caliph is not for a country but for whole world and its people he got bigger things to take care of than running of state he is not a kind but a caliph massive difference.

Why other Pakistani minorities never question the creation of Pakistan after 70 years of existence?

We never hear Pakistani Hindu, Christian or Sikh regarding this issue.

Only Ahmedis dig past and never fail to mention that they played huge role in creation.

Why Ahmedis tend to provoke and instigate the majority Muslims? Ahmedis are clearly Non-Muslims as per Pakistan constitution, so why they continue to call their place of worship as Maseet/Masjid, why not Ahmedi temple?

What is need to shout from rooftops that they are Muslims, why not practice your Ahmedi belief inside four walls? This creates confusion, 2-3 years ago when Ahmedi temple was targeted in UK, media houses called it Muslim mosque which is clearly wrong.

Why not carve your own identity Ahmedi brothers? Muslims have every right to disassociate themselves.

Ahmedis try to make this impression on internet like only they are educated, progressive and modern, bit similar to Muhajirs in this regard. As if rest of Pakistanis are unparr jaahils. This self gloating attitude is depressing and anti-national.

And Quaid e Azam M. A. Jinnah was no authority on religion. His reference is completely out of topic.

How many Pakistani minorities you are in communication with ? how many you know personally and how many opinions your asked for ?

Secondly because they are not vocal about their right so we should also be quite about it ??

Are you authority on Islam to decide Ahmadies are non Muslim ??

Also at why constitution of country interfere with religion ?

You can have your opinion, but it is very childish and immature to even be discussed .

Also please researched about Ahmadi community and role all around the worlds and if we are anti national or pro nation and come back to me.

1. Constitutions of Countries do not have the human right to define People's faith of what there religious Orientation is. One can believe whatever about others but cannot give it shape of a Law.

2. As a Muslim we don't have to answer Pakistan Constitution, Pakistan PM, Pakistan President after we Die. We have to Answer our Allah. We cannot present our excuses to Allah that Oh i did not pray in office because had my fellow recorded my video and sent it to police than i will have to bear 3 years jail in prison. Oh i did not marry in an islamic wat because my country does not register my Marriage, I did not use Islamic terms in my talk because i could have gone to jails for 3 years. So here I am Allah i did not listen to your commands and instead people were more imp for me.

3. Because we do not say that we are Hindus nor our style of worshipping is like Hindus. Because we have to offer our prayers like Muslims on a Praying Matt so we cannot call our Worshipping places as Temples on Human wishes. We will call a Masjid a Masjid. Allah hasn't asked Us to Lie to make people happy.

4. Bother to read International Human Commision Reports on Condition of Minorities in Pakistan and what treatment they are given. Even watch the video above of What Muslims are confessing themselves and also what the head of Christian Communities is saying.

5. There is Nothing wrong in raising your voice for your human rights in a civilised manner without harming anyone. Religious beliefs and religious practices are an individuals personal matters in which State or Fellow Citizens should not Interfere. The State does not even give NOC to make a Masjid without A minaratte or Kalima. First the State said that You cannot build such a building which looks like a Masjid, you cannot name it a Masjid and than it said No We won't give you NOC to build it.

6. When You Call a Mosque a Temple than you do blasphemy of Hindu religion aswell. Because Temples are associated with them. They do not relate Us with them and they do not profess offering 5 prayers a day in an islamic way under the leadership of Imam and reciting Quran etc. A temple is a temple which looks like a Temple and within its walls people act like they act in a temple.

There are not the Subjects of State.

Even in the Muslim State of Madina the Prophet of Islam did not put up these rules for any Minority with whom He Pbuh disagreed theologically. So a So called Muslim State should Act on Islam.

I have a Cat at my home. It looks like a Cat, acts like a Cat, speaks like a Cat, jumps like a Cat, eats specialised Cat Food. But if you think, say and believe that No it is not a Cat but it is Dog than keep believing it.

NA hosts ‘Minority Convention’ to uphold their rights
Speaker says convention will be held every year; Bilawal calls for parliamentary monitoring of minorities issues

ISLAMABAD:
For the first time in Pakistan’s parliamentary history, a minority convention was held in the National Assembly hall to commemorate the speech of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah regarding the freedom and equality of minorities in the then constituent assembly on August 11, 1947.

A unanimous resolution was passed for the rights of minorities, in which all the representatives of the all minority communities declared parliament as the centre of their hopes. National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf announced that the minority convention would be held on August 11 every year.

Ashraf, who chaired the National Minority Convention on the 75th anniversary of the constituent assembly, said that every action would be taken on the guidelines given by the prime minister for the protection and rights of minorities.

A number the current and former members from the minority communities of the national and provincial assemblies besides top party leaders addressed the convention. In their speeches, the minority community leaders expressed concern over the treatment of minorities in India.

Responding to the speeches, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) commitment to the minority community had been continuing since the time of late prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

He said that all the political parties were in favour of solving the problems of the minorities. Therefore, he added, a parliamentary committee should be formed to monitor the process of resolution of the problems identified by the minority leaders.

“We must prove by our actions that we believe in the equality of every citizen,” Bilawal, the chairman of the PPP, told the convention. “We will fulfil the vision of Quaid-e-Awam Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and the late prime minister Benazir Bhutto.”

On the occasion, the foreign minister called for reviewing the implementation of the minority quotas. He also stressed the need for enacting and implementing legislation aimed at preventing forced conversion. In his speech, Bilawal paid rich tributes to former minorities leader Dr Shahbaz Bhatti.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Murtaza Javed supported Bilawal’s proposal for the creation of a monitoring parliamentary committee for minority affairs. He also supported the call for creating a joint parliamentary committee of the Centre and the provinces.

Former National Assembly member from the minorities, Asia Nasir, tabled a joint resolution to solve the problems of the minority community and for the development of Pakistan. The resolution was approved unanimously.

The resolution said that the minorities should be treated with equal rights and equal citizenship under the law, adding that steps would be taken to eliminate all forms of discrimination against minorities. It stressed the need for the National Assembly to enact effective legislation regarding minorities rights.
