Why does Pakistan give so much respect to part time bowlers?

Why does pakistan give so much respect to part time bowlers. It's not a new thing. I've seen this since 2010 atleast. Is it because they are psychologically weak. They treat them with so much respect then get out to them too like today.
Can anyone list the part timers that have given Pakistan the most trouble over the years
