Why don't China and Russia militarily intervene in wars to defend their allies against the USA?

Extremely frustrating to see every time Israel attacks Gaza, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt and now Iran, the two other super powers in the world i.e. China and Russia just watch silently as America intervenes and does everything with impunity. For how long will these two countries let the USA do whatever it wants without any checks, balances and accountability. Unless both the countries deep down know their millitary has nothing to offer and is no match for the technological superiority of the American army and weaponry and they can't really help their allies much.

Russia and China are sitting quietly simply because the might of America cannot be undone by any single nation on Earth. The closest is Russia thanks to its millions of nukes and capability to send those missiles right into American cities but that would also ensure their own destruction in retaliation. Nothing against OP but I am tired of seeing Muslims begging these mushrik, kuffar for help instead of using what means is available to them and seeking help from Allah.
