Junaid Khan averages 31 in 22 matches with five 5 wickets haul and that too mainly on dead UAE tracks.
He is also the highest wicket taker for Pakistan amongst pacers in the last decade along with Amir and Wahab and not to forget that too only between 2011-15 (The years he played in) in which he played.
Yes he had a knee issues and surgeries as well, he came back and did really well in CT17 too and was the 3rd highest wicket taker in the tournament.
In QAE trophy 2019, in his last match he has taken 4/36 in an innings vs Baluchistan and overall season is decent considering how other pacers have fared.
So the question is with all the take about experience recently why has Junaid Khan havent played a test in last 4 years?
