Why is Govt distributing PSL tickets to PMLN workers?

Noora came from the word Noora Kushti that Imran used for PMLN's friendly opposition of PPP from 2008 to 2013 (Noora Kushti means ooper se shor machao beech main se milker khao). From 2008 to 2013 Imran used the word Noora Kushti in almost all his jalsas and interviews for PMLN's role in opposition. So from there people picked this word and used Noora for the supporters of Nawaz Sharif and turned the 'N' in PMLN to Noora from Nawaz. So PML Nawaz bcome PML Noora or Noora League. Now noora is a household name!
