In the first match of the tourney BD scored huffed and puffed to 305, yes huffed and puffed, whilst England scored it easily. Then NZ scored 291/6 against Aus in 46 overs. SA too scored 299 in a match. Then in a certain match NZ scored 300+ again against NZ attack
But since then, the pitches have become more lively, perhaps mainly because the same pitches have been used over and over again without much rest.
We have seen Pak's bowling performance in the last 2 match. India demolishing SA attack. BD and England restricting NZ and Aus restrictively to sub-par totals despite a rollicking start. We also saw NZ restricting BD to 33-4
Must say the bowlers are starting to dominate and this has made the tournament more exciting. Despite the complaints. 330 hasn't been scored. And 300+ has been scored only 5 times and that too in the earlier part of the tourney.
