The only person comparing klopp vs Arteta, is an Arteta fan who talks nonsense all the time.

It's funny how rather then focusing on Klopp you decide to deflect away bringing Arteta into the conversation.

Typical Liverpool fan response, when you don't have an answer come up with a weak comparison.

Talking of deluded, plenty of Liverpool fans are deluded thinking 1 PL title in 9 years for klopp makes him a great manager.

In addition its funny how all your Liverpool fans dissapeard like a bunch of fair weather sore losers when you had a bad season last season.

The topic is klopp not Arsenal or Arteta.

Typical Liverpool victims mentality and deflection.

Klopp has won a lot of trophies. The Arsenal fan who thinks Arteta is superior has to be either blind or trolling . This was the point .

Klopp can’t be replaced but Liverpool will be there competing & winning trophies for the next decade

Everyone knows Arteta fan club chairmen is trolling, why even bother giving him the time of day

At any club there should never be a situation where someone says we can't replace the manager. A club should have a structure and progression plan to compete longerm, club football should be built to a plan, not around an individual

Point was you have won nothing at all under Arteta . You may have to face Pep in the semi finals but I think Bayern will too much .

Arsenal fans underrating Klopps achievements while Arteta has done sweet fa Is typical of their deluded fan base .
Arteta has a higher ceiling than Klopp. This is why since 2021, Arteta has tactically outsmarted Klopp in ever league encounter including kicking his backside twice at the Emirates in back to back games, while Klopp has failed to beat him at the an Anfield with Arsenal emerging as the superior team in both the draws at Anfield.

Klopp dominated Arteta in 2020 and 2021 when Arteta was rebuilding a poor Arsenal team that was nowhere near capable of competing with Liverpool’s squad.

However, Klopp has been second best in comparison to Arteta as soon as the latter rebuilt his squad.

Klopp is retiring at a good time otherwise he would have been owned by Arteta for years to come.

Arteta is going to leave Arsenal with a superior legacy than Klopp’s Liverpool legacy.

It is not in Arsenal's DNA to win the Champions League. It is not in their culture or tradition to be in that elite class. A very deluded fan base who get their noses rubbed on the ground every time they laugh at other clubs :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: !

Arsenal fans keep crying over Liverpool constantly reminding them off winning the CL so many times. They don't know how to deal with these painful facts other then 😪🥲. Trust me, if they had won it even once we'd never hear the end off it. They are bitter, envious and jealous of Liverpool's success. They can continue their meaningless rivalry with Spurs that means nothing. The Liverpool-Man Utd rivalry is the rivalry in British Football. Their manager Arteta was Pep's sidekick!!

Looks like Amaorin or who ever comes in will need to improve the mentality of current squad 🤭😉🤣

The most overrated manager in PL history with a Mickey Mouse legacy.

Too disappointed with LFC and Klopp of late. Even Man City are not clinical anymore now.

He is bog average. His sale won’t weaken Liverpool and his acquisition won’t strengthen Barcelona.

If Barcelona offer a good sum, Liverpool should take the money and run and it won’t be the first time Barcelona will get scammed by Liverpool.

Liverpool are braced for another summer of transfer interest from Saudi Arabia with the ambitious league once again preparing to target some of their leading players.

Mohamed Salah and Alisson Becker have emerged as among the Premier League stars being earmarked as potential signings with the league determined to bring in another raft of high-profile names.

The Reds rejected an offer of £150million from Al-Ittihad on transfer deadline day last September for Salah, who is about to enter the final 12 months of his current deal at Anfield.

Alisson, meanwhile, was linked with interest from a number of Saudi clubs although no concrete was forthcoming in the last summer transfer window. However, the Saudi Pro League is believed ready to step up their interest in the 31-year-old - who is under contract until 2027 - particularly with Jurgen Klopp leaving as Liverpool manager at the end of the season to prompt question marks over the long-term futures over several of his most prominent signings.

A report in the Guardian has stated the Saudi Pro League wants to increase competitiveness by attracting private businesses to sponsor clubs who are not backed by the country’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). At present, PIF have majority stakes in four clubs - Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal.

Both Jordan Henderson and Fabinho left Liverpool for the Saudi Pro League last summer to Al-Ettifaq and Al-Ittihad respectively, although Henderson then returned to Europe to join Ajax after only six months. Thiago Alcantara,Luis Diaz, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez were also linked with Saudi clubs last year, with Thiago and Matip set to be out of contract next month.

Former Liverpool boss Klopp takes Red Bull role

Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been appointed global head of soccer at Red Bull.

The 57-year-old German will begin the role on 1 January 2025.

"After almost 25 years on the sideline, I could not be more excited to get involved in a project like this," said Klopp.

"The role may have changed but my passion for football and the people who make the game what it is has not."

Energy drinks brand Red Bull owns RB Leipzig in Germany's Bundesliga, Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg and Major League Soccer side New York Red Bulls, as well as Brazilian side Red Bull Bragantino.

It also took a minority stake in Championship side Leeds and became the club's front-of-shirt sponsor earlier this year.

Red Bull says Klopp will not be involved in day-to-day operations but will advise teams on playing philosophy, transfer strategy and coaching development.

"Jurgen Klopp is one of the greatest and most influential figures in world soccer, with extraordinary skills and charisma," said Oliver Mintzlaff, the company's CEO of corporate projects and investments.

"In his role as head of soccer, he will be a game-changer for our involvement in international soccer and its continued development."

Klopp won eight trophies in nine years at Liverpool, including the Premier League and Champions League, before stepping down at the end of last season.

He began his managerial career at Mainz in 2001 before joining Borussia Dortmund in 2008, where he won two Bundesliga titles and reached the 2013 Champions League final.

He resigned in May 2015 to take a sabbatical but cut it short to succeed Brendan Rodgers at Anfield in October that year.

Red Bull has invested in ice hockey, extreme sports, motorsports and two teams in Formula 1, with Red Bull Racing currently holding both the drivers' and constructors' titles in the sport.

A news conference formally announcing Klopp's appointment will take place in mid-January.

A dream start for Liverpool - but futures of trio still crucial

Mohamed Salah’s winner against Brighton, which took Liverpool top of the Premier League table, was a timely reminder of what the Reds could lose if contract talks do not go well.

Forward Salah, and defenders Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk, have been three of the rocks of Liverpool’s recent era of success – and yet in nine weeks they could all sign deals elsewhere to leave the club for free.

The trio are all out of contract at the end of the season and it comes the season after legendary manager Jurgen Klopp left the club.

"We are talking about the three most influential players, alongside the goalkeeper [Alisson]," said former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher.

“They are all legendary figures at that club and it’s probably down to them this season why it has gone so well."

It has gone very well indeed. Liverpool have won an impressive 13 out of 15 games since Arne Slot succeeded Klopp in the summer, including on Saturday where they responded to a first half which Brighton had dominated.

"They came out in the second half with a completely different attitude," said BBC pundit Chris Sutton. "That was Klopp-like intensity from Slot's team in the second half and that could be a massive win for Liverpool."

With 220 goals in 364 games, Egyptian Salah is the fifth on Liverpool's leading goalscorer list, just eight behind Billy Liddell.

His latest was a peach as he curled an effort into the far corner from the right. It was the 48th time he had scored a winning goal in the Premier League.

"A Mo Salah special," was how Slot described it. "It's not the first and not the last time he will score from that position."

Van Dijk set up fellow Netherlands international Cody Gakpo’s equaliser, which came after Ferdi Kadioglu had given Brighton the lead.
