Imo the positives are that farhan is in killer form and Pakistan needs to utilise it.

Hasan Nawaz is also good. 2 failures means nothing, this guy is a gun player for pakistan.

They need to play test as well imo but more on that later.

Pakistan has a top order problem though with saim not kicking off
Fakhar and Farhan should be your first choice as openers on these pitches. Saim or haris can be replaced with each other if they must play although they were not good even 1%.

Hassan Nawaz will get tested in windies and then we will see. Khushdil and nawaz are pathetic overall.

Why is Asian Cricket Council hell bent on having this meeting in Dhaka? Moshin Naqvi is creating drama again for domestic consumption like he did during CT only to fall in line later. Expectation is he will do the same again only after fooling gullibale masses little more.

Bharat's demand is - no AGM meeting in Dhaka. You should just obey, like SLCB and Afg board is doing. Else no Asia cup.

:ravi

Without 3 test playing nations approval ACC metting won't happen and india , SL and Afghanistan already against ACC metting in Bangladesh. Recently Naqvi visited Afghanistan to convince them to support Pakistan but as usual he is humiliated by Afghanistan .

:kp

After bcb and India postponed the tour, Naqvi thought he can humiliate both bcb and India by having a meeting in Dhaka.as soon as India and Lanka expressed their unavailability, he made it as a zoom call for them.so bcci silently brought all the others in to action by invoking atleast 3 permanent members law .Naqvi trying to bully bcci with out much power or knowledge of rules is the most ignorant thing .

Did the meeting happened in Dhaka?

Can someone confirm it please?

@The Bald Eagle ? @msb314

Do you guys have any info I have been searching online. It seems it went ahead just fine but I'm not sure.

What happened bro I'm asking seriously. Indian posters were saying all sorts about teams boycotting and Naqvi being isolated. Seems like it went ahead without a hitch?

Yes bro, India board agreed to Mohsin Naqvi's suggestions and even Sony Liv recently launched a new Asia cup promo featuring Pakistan. To simply put what posters were discussing above just turned out to be hoax.

BCCI didnt attend any meeting in Dhaka
Bro goalposts are shifting nah?

This is what you said

Oh balllle

@Rajdeep @Devadwal what happened here?

Where did Omani, Afghan, Sri Lanka and Indian alliance go?
Read ,why ACC postponed the vice President election that suppose to happened during ACC AGM metting at dhanka. After postponed tha election BCCI , Lanka aggre to attend the meeting Vitutly .

Hint- PCB , BCB and a other boards wanted to manipulated the vice president election at the AGm metting.

The question is, will the BCCI pull out of this tournament after the fixtures have been announced?

Interesting few days ahead.

Yes meeting occurred in Dhaka.

Pakistan, Bangladesh, Agh and Oman attended in-person.

India and SL attended virtually

It is very unlikely after the tournament schedule is announced, but there is a strong reaction among the Indian public to boycott Pakistan's match. There is a lot of pressure on the Indian government and BCCI. Let's see how they deal with it.
:kp

So 1 thing is settled and we already knew about it that Pakistan is not going to india so Asia Cup got shifted to UAE fully.

Now wait for 13 september so that we can see the news that india boycotted. LOL
