Last year the crowd attendances had suffered in the early to middle of the tournament even in historically filled out venues like Rawalpindi, Multan, Lahore and this was blamed on the disastrous flop performance of the Pakistani team in the 2025 CT and the clash with IPL did not help matters either.

Will the upcoming PSL Season 11 suffer a similar fate or will the injection of two new teams, the auction give a fresh lease of life to the league? I looked at the ticket prizes and it appears that the PCB has learnt from the previous seasons and have reduced the ticket prices this time.

Sanghi Surya never did anything behind the scene. It was Moshin Naqvi who extended the hand in captains press conference to which he obliged. Later, due to fan backlash and just because similar situation doesnt arise again where Agha extending the hand at toss, Indian team politely informed the match refree of their decision to not shake hands on field.

No. International Cricket is different than League.

In league Cricket. Players do perform. In fact in any sports. There are always performers. Because it's all relative.

In a low scoring thriller. An anchor 50 is considered great performance.

In a high scoring event. A fifer or a 100 at 200 SR is considered great performance.

PSL 11 in fact might be an even bigger success considering the addition of 2 new teams. Opening new slots for new players to become PSL stars
