Real Madrid won three Champions League titles on the trot, but star striker Cristiano Ronaldo and wily manager Zinedine Zidane are no longer with the club.

Can they overcome the hurdle of losing two of their main assets to remain a force in Europe?

Madrid were so boring to watch with Ronaldo and Zidane, their own fans called them Crossing CF. With a bit of luck and key players stepping up they were able to win 4 out of 5, but that didn't work in the league hence they only managed to win one league title in that time.

They're actually playing much better football now with the new manager, sure it's still early days but the signs are promising.

Don't think so. Even their attendance has gotten a lot worse due to no Ronaldo. They won't win the CL

They have won the the champions league 3 times in a row. There key players are coming towards the end of the prime of there career. It's expected there will be a decline in results this year.

Don't see them winning the league or champions league this year. They should have tried harder to strengthen the squad in this summer.

Despite winning the CL three times, they were horrible last season domestically - But Ronaldos departure and no replacements for him will begin the downfall for RM which i belive will last a few years.

Real Madrid will win at least 1 title this season. And I don't think they'll make it to the CL semis

Yes they will. Real will go out and buy the current best players in the world as replacements.

These teams have so much elegance in them - just seem impervious to events that would destroy lesser teams!
