Shadab needs to be dropped from the squad..

i dont think they will drop shadab from the team but certainly they are going to take vice captaniship back from shadab khan because he doesn't deserve to keep this role.

If they drop Usama Mir to accommodate Abrar then Shadab will play whole WC and when his performance will be average Babar or team management will say we do not have replacement for Shadab. I feel eventually this will happen.

I do not think this is true. And if it is true and happens, Babar and Shaheen can not work together. I do not think that their vibes match and eventually Rizwan will be needed to balance it out and cool things down.

I think we are guilty of it too by opening a dozen threads here on such things. People read PP a lot. I already stated in one of the threads that its not a team if it does not have some dysfunction. Our media and people blow it out of proportion and turn it into a scandal that everybody, particularly our neighbors love to watch.
Hopefully this innuendo is put to rest soon and our team is announced. Once it happens, we should all simply support our boys, even if we dont agree with the composition of it.

There is evidently a rift between Babar and Shaheen due to their contrasting personalities. While Shaheen could potentially be beneficial for Pakistan, Babar seems unwilling to accept anyone other than Shadab as the vice-captain

Does it even matter who the vice captain is? Its a ceremonial post, nothing else. What's vc role anyway, to give suggestions to the captain, if he asks, while knowing fully well that he is never going to be held accountable for his good or bad decisions as it's the captain who will be praised or cruficied. Every captain also knows that, so no captain in his right mind takes a VC too seriously. In India there's a term for such people "raai sahab", their job is to give advise.

by the way, your statement read like a personality analysis report a shrink would write in his documentation. It did not read anything a news media outlet would report or publish or air. Hence my question to you. If someone is writing it and you read it, I would suggest you dont believe it. Most people who go to such lengths to start making judgments, are usually not reporting news but sharing opinion pieces.

SSA takes too long to get his line right if the batsman plays to avoid getting hit on the pads. PK need him as the bowler and not worry about VC. The ideal candidate is chacha as he is solid bat and also contributes with the ball and has lots of experience behind him, around 20 years by some estimates

Dropping Shadab now would be crazy. He has been a crucial part of the limited overs squad for years now, so he should be there but there's no reason either of Mir or Nawaz should stay if the PCB is truly looking for a front line spinner. If it must be Abrar then Babar needs classes on how to captain a leggy in ODI cricket. He should go back and cover Warne's advice to captains otherwise even Abrar will be taken to the cleaners.

Taking the VC's from Shadab, isn't a bad decision, but giving it to Shaheen isn't a good decision either.
