The 3rd seamer was between Brett Lee, Zak, Vaas and Malinga. Went for Zak because he did it with lesser support as compared to Brett Lee. Malinga and Vaas were close too.

The 2nd spinner spot was between Warne and Hogg. Even though Hogg had a slightly better Economy and SR, Warne had been clutch in semis and finals.

Waqar never really achieved much in the WCs
1992 - injured
1996 - had a good WC in the group stage, but was undone in the QFs
1999 - played only 1 game
2003 - Has an okayish WC

Nothing spectacular overall. No winning performances in the knockouts

Okay I gave the name of five best odi bowlers , I didn't read the op carefully, then in this case Zak or Lee can take the position of Waqar and Hogg instead of Saqlain . Hogg was very good in two world cup he played.

So final list is Akram, Zak , Macgrath, Donald, Hogg .

Come to think about it Warne should be the spinner for me , he brought three magical performance, 2 in sf and 1 in final.
