ZIM is going for a thrashing in last 4 matches, after winning one.
 
Lankan batting is really exciting but this bowling attack is awful. Hope they can find some bowlers.
 
Big chance for Zimbabwe to square the series via D/L here.
 
That's 2-2 for the series. Battle of the weaker sides. Zimbabwe should rise to no. 10 now. Zimbabwe are better than Ireland atleast
 
Waller Ervine Cremer to play in BPL this time around.

I mean the likes of Johnson Charles, Dickwella are picked so where is the harm.

Probably not much option either, hence they are going for all rounders. What bemuses me is that both loss are when Lankans won toss & decided to bat first with this bowling (& batting depth)
 
ZIM players are very good pick for T20 leagues - cheap but comited cricketers, extremely fit & effective players. What this team needed just couple of bowling & batting leader.

they ashould be picked in psl as well.... they are good quality players...would not pick cremer because bangladesh and pak have good local spinners but waller..ervine and williams arehandy ,for me williams on the top...

Raja as well, good utility player. Might not start as one of 4 overseas player, but good for squad as back up

Williams form has dipped but the guy can play. Masakadza and chigumbura were good once.

Cremer, Williams, Waller are useful.

The best part about them is their level of fitness and professionalism. Unlike Ireland they have some new players who are performing, like the guy Mire, they have some new bowlers too. Apart from masakadza no one is close to retirement

do bangladesh has upcoming fast bowler in coming bpl or in near future??/for me they lack a good quality fast bowler,,one will do it with taskin improving and the captain retiring,though he has done well and beyond my expectation in CT>>

Also, appointing a bowler as Captain has settled the unit I guess, because Cremer looks much composed during fielding & he isn't stressed for batting contribution.
 
Great stuff from Zimbabwe. Wish they were a little more consistent.

Heath Streak seems to have turned around the fortunes of Zimbabwe. Bangladesh are missing Streak as bowling coach big time. He could have taken over as Head Coach once Hathurusinghe leaves to coach Sri Lanka.
 
If SRL loses 5th match, they are actually risking an automatic WC spot to WI. They have 5 ODIs coming against India & risking 0-5 there, while couple of wins by WI against Poms should see them moving to 8th.

ZIM have finally realized in this generation you have to be dynamic, no point scoring 240-50 scores with disciplined bowling. They are looking to play aggressive and it's paying off, Solomon Mire is a great hitter.

At this rate they will be good even in WT20's.
 
Well done Zimbabwe ! Delighted for them, have a soft spot for them since the 90s era.

The series is all up for grabs now !

so bangladesh pak and NZ will rotate for 5th .6th and 7th in next two years?////the top 4 are good,,they will not fall ..

We have some fast bowlers like Abu Jayed who is decent inn FC, and AH Rony who will be good for LOIs. Pipeline looks dry. SC doesn't produce conventional quicks anymore. The last one was Hasan Ali

Don't see West Indies beating poms in 2 games unfortunately. Lankans will scrape WC qualification.
 
Thank goodness my favourite team is finally finding some form. I was extremely satisfied with the previous match as well considering the mammoth total that was put up. Hopefully Zimbabwe and WI are the two teams to qualify for the WC and the good for nothing Afghans fade into Oblivion.

we have many in domestic but the development is nt good...i am sure bngladesh will make good buch if given the options we have in domestic..
 
A 4 country series between the 4 weakest sides SL Bang WI and Zim would be interesting

Looks likely - it'll need SRL to lose next 6 ODI & WI to win all 5, 4 against Poms & 1 against IRL.

Not gonna lie to you, today I was looking at videos of Mushfiqur Rahim crying after losing certain games, I couldn't stop laughing :))) The way he tries to make it out that everything's ok after losing in the post match presentations is hilarious :)))
