TBH, Fakhar is playing on the basis of ODI performance atm..His t20 performance has been mediocre.. He looks wasted in T20s now...

yes... ordinary record in t20sI agreed with @Mamoon view about fakhar.he is poor man Dhawan. Both are gun batsman in odi but struggles in T20 cricket.

This format doesn't suit everyone. Pant has had his share of struggles by trying to over hit and losing shape. Fakhar is not only unsuitable. But he is visibly very old. Older than the "officially stated" age. By now he should have retired from this format.I agreed with @Mamoon view about fakhar.he is poor man Dhawan. Still think he will be more valuable at No.4 with the older ball. It's an easier position to bat and less pressure.
Agha needs to come at three between Saim, Sahibzada and Fakhar, Nawaz.
And, please, play a better batter at 6, not the relu-katta Mo Nawaz. Play Khushdil or Talat or them both and let Farhan keep wickets.

He is selected on merit. He has till Asia Cup to perform and retain his place.

It is a shame Misbah never put him at 4 or 5 if he felt like this. I agree with him.
Probably folded to the pressure and kept him at no.3 as it’s the next closest thing to opening because of all the media/fans uproar fakhar wasn’t given the opening spot. Shouldn’t have folded to the pressure.

Pakistan will win this game but the top 1 to 5 is a joke. Idk about ba/riz but Pakistan desperately needs to get its top order together.
