When Election Commission of Pakistan completes its process. They have not issued the notifications of the winning candidates. They will start doing it next week. Some people say that the notification process would be completed by August 11th and then they a parliament session to elect the speakers will be called first. And from there, the speaker will call the session to elect the prime minister. I think by 16th-17th August I believe IK will take the oath.

Ik doesn’t control the process.

That's not possible technically because as PM you need to be there in Independence day ceremony early in the morning. To be there as PM on 14th he need to take oath before that date

the formation of the new government has to do with ECP, not PTI

ECP has to issue results, collect expenses and other data from winning candidates, make sure any open constituencies get resolved... all of this takes time
