Dec 22, Pakistan acknowledged that some scientists participating in its nuclear program may have been involved in the proliferation of sensitive technology.

How bad was it? Can Pakistan be blamed for world's nuclear proliferation?

It's strange that we are talking about scientists rather than some politicians who may have been under the payroll of some external powers from the beginning.

Microsoft should accept proliferation of US based communication spyware tool (Android) by taking Nokia (and Symbian) down forcefully.

Both can be used as weapon.
