Almost 50% balls are dots. And Just Asif, Faheem and Shadab scored over 100 str.rate

Talat needs to get the slog strokes out of his game. This guy has potential.I see talat has already got haters.
You ain't winning this against Billy Stanlake. He is too hot for your batsmen.Poor day at the office. One off. Pakistan will still win the tri series. Happy to see deadwood like Hafeez, Nawaz and Talat getting exposed.
I distinctly remember the same Billy Stanlake being slapped around by Pakistan last year. It's just a matter of the right mindset. You ain't winning this against Billy Stanlake. He is too hot for your batsmen.

He is a poor t20I player.
And shehzads a good one lol.
What has Shehzad to do with Talat? I know its very difficult for you to digest but seems like Talat's going to get the kick soon.

You want shehzad in team at the expenses of talat becuase get can't get in ahead of Babar and fakhar. Plus if he gets dropped for not performing then I am perfectly fine unlike you who's shamelessly wanting shehzad to be selected without any performance. Maybe it's hard for you to digest that shehzad is an awful and a mediocre player which 99% of us here agree.

You were advocating for Shehzad's return in the other thread.
That is very relevant to a discussion about dot-balls
Talat won't get the kick 'soon' because Mickey and the team management have shown patience with every single youngster so far and will most likely continue doing that.

I'll agree Hafeez and Nawaz are deadwoods but Talat?

I think Talat is currently playing in the wrong format. He is more of an ODI batsman, but the talent is there should not be discarded!
I dont feel he is ready yet to be part of Pakistan's playing 11. I am not "hating" on him, i just feel that when Babar will come back, he wont find a place in the playing 11.
Of course Fakhar and Babar are better than Shehzad. But Shehzad plays as an opener and will replace Hafeez whereas Babar will replace Talat. Without any performance? Shehzad is not some world class player but he isnt as awful as you make him out to be. He has performed well in the international arena in the past couple of t20Is.
Considering Australia’s mailing in England, it’s diffuclt not to be contemptuous of Pakistan’s performance today. All it took was a wayward talk fast bowler to dismantle Pakistan in about half an hour.
It was embarrassing.
Once again I would like to highlight how hafeez and malik have nothing to provide in any form of the game when playing a remotely credible opposition.
It looks very good when malik scored a 13 ball 25 against Scotland, but don’t see it to be more than that
AUS recently beat NZ and ENG in a T20 triseries
For Shehzad, direct comparison would be hafeez, not Talat. Babar will replace Talat. Mickey and co. have shown patience with a rubbish player like Nawaz and look where it has gotten us.
Awful today.
Hopefully the kick up the backside that some of the players needed as some seem to be getting a bit complacent.
Mickey will be fuming.
Hopefully we get rid of hafeez.
Well some of the younger players also think they are superstars already.
Always good when egos are knocked down a peg or two.
When exactly did you 'thrash' Stanlake in Australia? He played only two ODIs in that series and had figures of 13 runs out of 3 overs and 55 out of 10 overs. Both of them wouldn't be considered thrashing even in the 90's, let alone by today's standards.I distinctly remember the same Billy Stanlake being slapped around by Pakistan last year. It's just a matter of the right mindset.
Hafeez's nothing dismissal set up a miserable tone for the rest of the match. Even the fielding lacked the ferocity and intensity that a low score elicits. It's all about the tone you set.
