A very interesting point system in West Indies First-Class cricket, where each wicket taken by a pacer earns 0.2 points for the team

I was going through the west indies first class structure and found some very interesting things in it.

In their team points table, while a win leads to 12 points, along with bonuses of scoring x amount of runs or x amount of wickets in 110 overs, one interesting aspect was that team also gets 0.2 points per wicket if a pacer takes a wicket.

For example if Narine took 4 wickets, and Shamar Joseph took 6 wickets, his team will be awarded with 1.2 points.

Further findings were that their domestic structure includes the islands, along with a West Indies Academy team and a combined campuses and colleges team (As their cricket structure is school based).

Wondering, to promote pacers, if we could also adopt this?

In a low trust and corrupt society like Pakistan I could imagine a death knell of spinners, very bad seam friendly wickets leading to no development of young batters.
So, yes please. Go ahead with this. I want India to surge further increasing the gap with Pakistanis and this will speed up that.
