Three day tests can resuscitate test cricket in pak. Its not like aus or eng where they lose gate revenue. Theres hardly any spectators for tests in pak. Might as well make it interesting on spiting turners. Was riveting to watch. Tailenders batting with no helmets was good to see. Dont see that much nowadays. Pak should continue to make these turners for the foreseeable future.

Many posters here won’t appreciate these pitches because Rizwan and Babar aren’t scoring runs, yet Pakistan are still winning. They’d prefer the pitches prepared during Ramiz’s time, where Babar was piling on runs with ease, but Pakistan were losing.

There is lack of clarity. Some people think:

1. This will destroy our fast bowling.
2. This will not prepare us for SENA.

Both are incorrect. The whole world has been operating on Pakistan’s model and do not suffer with no1 and no2.

I think Rizwan was talking more from the angle of tampering expectations for batting from fans given the conditions are difficult for batting ... He wasn't wrong

Its good to rack up the wins to build confidence as a team however the tactical aspect needs improving from the captain and coach.

The second innings was a prime example once Huraira was out to send Saud at 3.

The spin trio were excellent as expected as was the crucial Riz - Saud partnership to set the game up.

The next test might see another batting all rounder play instead of Khurrum.

When Babar was captain these players used to give all credit to BABAR with things like Kaptana or King etc. Now, guys like Hasan Ali & Shaheen are openly discrediting the captain, Shan. It's a shame that they can't write single word of appreciation for captain.

Someone tell this guy Babar got out to a pacer in the first innings, and he was a sitting duck against pace as well recently at home when they were making flat decks.

Get over it, Babar isn’t more important than Pakistan. Rizwan fans should learn this too.

This guy Tanveer Ahmed need to understand that contribution of Pakistani fast bowlers in previous test series at home against Aus, Eng, NZ, Bang and Eng again was zero. Not a single fast bowler managed to bowl single match wining spell. All you need is victory which spinners are giving. Even in every SENA tour fast bowlers have failed miserably.

That's because alot of these players had a free ride for many years under babar when the yaari dosti group was formed. Hassan ali, Iftikhar, shadab etc.. will all praise babar
