I would go with Malik - he has been in top shape for as long as I can remember. Even during his wilderness years (2010-2015) - he seemed to have taken care of his body well.

The fast bowlers tend to be in good shape - so Hassan Ali, Amir, Junaid would all do well in a fitness test. Special shout out to Wahab who, although is a mediocre bowler, but is built like a tank! :wahab2

I think Babar is in good shape too.

Shan and Rizwan are two of the fittest, but they're not quite 'in the team'...

From the regulars, probably Malik. Shafiq and Azhar are working very hard too and should take over the mantle from Misbah and Younis pretty soon in terms of fitness.

More than Babar, Hassan, Amir, Junaid and Wahab?

Amir, Hasan and Wahab are all very fit. Babar and Junaid need to put on some weight.

They are lean so don't necessarily need to gain weight or even put on muscle mass.

Just have to stay toned I guess.

Fawad Alam is the fittest, also topped the army fitness camp last year (had topped the army tests earlier as well).

Structure wise it has to be Shoaib Malik... Nobody looks even close to him..
Shan is the fittest but that's of no use.

Sawal hi paida nahi hota.

Shobby without a doubt. He could chokeslam and pin guys like Hafeez, Umar, Shehzad, Wahab, Babar, etc without his bpm going past 40

A lot like his batting...

..in the past :malik

Commando is the fittest of them all, although he should've represented Pakistan in the Olympics rather than cricket but as always we have someone totally not compatible with the sports he's playing

Next comes Rizwan - Athletic, extremely nimble footed but sadly he too is only a specialist fielder (at best)

Among contributing members Asad and Azhar are the fittest from the test team while Malik carries the mantle in LOIs.

Then comes the Tier 2 which has Amir, Babar, Junaid, Wahab, Shehzad and the remaining cast and crew.

Tier 3 consist of people like Sarfaraz, Yasir, Imad, etc etc

The last category is the Nalaiq Category which includes the Akmals. (All of Them)

What about Hasan Ali?

Malik must be very fit. His reported age is 35, but he may be a couple of years old.

Either way, he looks like he could still play Test Cricket.

Sarfraz looks fit for being a Ranatunga type. [Hyperbolic yes, but I'm not sure how that guy keeps wicket in Tests].

Shoaib Malik and Shaan Masood. No one else even comes close to these two.

Mickey Arthur was asked this question in a recent interview and he replied Shan Masood.

Hasan is leagues above everyone whether it be stamina, durability or athleticism. Amir has the endurance of a wild dog, he can run in all day without tiring.

Fawad Alam is the fittest, also topped the army fitness camp last year (had topped the army tests earlier as well).

but he has the strength of a 15 year old girl

he might have good stamina and agility but he has no power at all so he cannot be considered as the fittest player

People confuse Yasir's bulky figure as lack of fitness when that's never been the case in his career. He's extremely durable and has bowled ridiculous amount of overs while being electric in the field. He's probably only second to Hasan in terms of expending energy in a day's work going full throttle bowling and fielding.

Placing him in the same tier as Sarfaraz, Imad, Hafeez etc. would be down to lack of knowledge.

Shoaib , Shehzad and Shaan Masood have been the fittest men in the team, not Younis and Misbah. They were fit for their age but not for an average cricketer.

Shoaib Malik for me. Always seems in good shape and never overweight unlike some:uakmal
