An all-spin bowling attack - Has this ever happened before?

In the Australia vs Pakistan ICC Women's World T20 at Providence, Nov 9 2018 match, unless I got it wrong, looks like Pakistan has used an all spin attack, Anam Amin (sla), Sana Mir (ob), Nida Dar (ob), Nashra Sandhu (sla) and Aliya Riaz (ob). I wonder if this has happened any time before in an international match.

It actually wasn't as common as one would think. The spin quartet did not play too many matches together. Usually it would only be 3 out of the 4.

Even before Kapil came along, there would always be some medium pacer in the team. Earlier it used to be people like Abid Ali and Umrigar. Then later there was people like Madan Lal and Amarnath.
