Some people are the champions of procrastination and don't take an action until they see the deadline approaching. In contrast some people are too proactive and instead of relying on deadlines that take initiatives of their own to accomplish their tasks at rapid pace. So you as an employee, student, son, father etc are a deadline guy or an initiative taker?

When I was younger, I used to do things at the last minutes. LOL.

But, I am now complete opposite. I try to finish my tasks as quickly as possible (like England's LOI team).

I used to be deadline guy too in the university days. It was fun to sit a day before the assignment deadline and complete it overnight.

I also used to be the same kind of deadline guy but the difference is that I couldn't even complete most of the assignments due to laziness lol

Depends.. if I find something interesting and challenging I am the initiative guys.. Can sit on the problem for weeks till I solve it. If it is something boring and mundane, I will be the deadline guy

You need to improve your performance at work else your Bharatiya Manager might fire you.

Not a deadline guy. I like to take my time and do it peacefully and be all done on time. Working under pressure is a different thing but I don't like to delay the work for the last second.

Its good to be an initiative taker but sometime in a formal working environment you may face scrutiny for it.
