Yet another U-turn by him. What an opportunist, Delhi has state (assembly) election this year end or early next year. Boss doesn't want to take chances isolating the non-Hindutva 'nationalist' vote, anyway he will never get the Hindutva vote which is firmly in BJP's pocket. His position here doesn't have an effect on the Muslim vote because most of them will place their bets on the strongest anti-BJP party which at the moment in Delhi is AAP. Same man pleads and does drama for statehood in Delhi which is UT, here he is with BJP government despite the fact that he fights against them whole year 24x7 causing nuisance to one and all.

He has made so many U-turns in his short career, Congress even released a booklet to document them. Yet again here, all politicians are liars but this guy is next level. Rahul Gandhi has many faults but is a more principled man than this aam aadmi. All state machinery against him, media channels slander/mock him all the time, public is losing trust in his ability, but Rahul has taken the morally correct stance.

In 2014, the AAP manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls read, “We believe that Kashmir is an integral part of India, and there would be zero-tolerance towards cross-border terrorism. In addition to short-term use of security forces, AAP believes in a long-term approach of decentralisation and devolution of power, which would give people of Kashmir the ability to make decisions for their own development.”
In 2014, while facing fire for then party leader Prashant Bhushan’s call for a referendum on deployment of the Army in Jammu and Kashmir, the party had distanced itself from the suggestion and asserted that “Kashmir is an integral part of India”.
Kejriwal, while stating that Bhushan’s views were personal, said: “Deployment of the Army within the country should be on the basis of internal security threat. There is no question of a referendum on this. But we believe the sentiments of locals should be respected. Otherwise, democracy will be under threat.”
