Proud of being defeated by "Muslims" in battle
Proud of having accepted Islam.
There is no such thing as "forced conversion" in Islam, my ancestors lost in battle and then voluntarily accepted Islam and then migrated to India along with Afghan Army. Nobody converted anybody! Yes it is true that defeated people often adopt the ideology and dogma of victorious ones but then Tatars were victorious and still adopted Islam (the religion of the subjugated ones) so the power is in Islam.
Its the same power of Islam which I regularly see day in and day out making people convert to Islam even today when Muslims have no power or control in the west.
No harm in admitting when you gave it your best in the battlefield and then lost to a superior enemy.
No issues with any of my history or anybody else (who were Hindus or Shamans) or whatever and then converted to Islam either due to defeat in battlefield (by Arabs or Afghans) or Dawah (South India) or whatever. Centuries later, we are neither ashamed of our conversion nor have any interest in returning to whatever we were worshiping instead of ONE GOD.
My Turkic brothers are tough in battle and proud to serve alongside them against enemies of Islam in the "near future" which will happen.
Brother arguing with these individuals on this is futile…
There are many different versions of Hinduism, before Islam their empires fought amongst themselves and after conquest would destroy the temples of the new area they acquired and then introduce new “gods” or idols to the new region in the subcontinent different than what the natives were used to. So I guess those are converts too? Lol.
Literally every soldier of Islam to set foot in India or anywhere else in the world at any time was a revert / convert either by way of their parents, forefathers converting to Islam, or they themselves were non Muslims and then became Muslim.
Every single Arab tribe during the time of Prophet Muhammad PBUH was a revert / convert, at times AFTER losing the battle to the Muslims then.
And now those same Arabs are considered “original Muslims” by these kuffar…
The goal post shifting doesn’t end, nor does the class based labelling of convert / “born Muslim”… but what else do you expect from people who for thousands of years followed a faith based on classism / caste.
You cannot change religion by force. Otherwise there were many munafiq during the time of the Prophet PBUH who pretended to be Muslim but weren’t. Documented.
The Indians of the subcontinent could’ve done the same, no? Say yes we are Muslim and then go back to worshipping whatever If worshipping idols was really the truth? (Nauzu Billah)
But it isn’t.
They saw in Islam what is in our innate nature to worship 1 God, Islam made far more sense to them than whatever falsehood they were on, and they let go of pride and ego of “I’m leaving my people’s religion” to embrace the religion of truth
You mean to say they just laid down the arms and joined them right away?
