Bangladesh vs Pakistan will be a good contest but i personally feel that we are favourites given the slow nature of the wicket for that match.

Carrom bhai needs to remember that India were 3 down for 40 odd against Bangladesh and only a dropped catch allowed India to post the total that they did. And no way in hell will Bangladesh capitulate to trash bowlers like Nehra and Bumrah two games in a row. If the wicket is similar to the one used today I'd be more than confident of Bangladesh beating India.

As for Bangladesh being boring - Is SL playing more entertaining cricket than Bangladesh right now? They can't even post more than 120 with the bat. And two overs of Amir with the new ball makes Pakistan more exciting than Bangladesh? Or do you call getting bowled out for 80 entertainment?

No reason why Pakistan can't beat SL. But in these wickets the extra pace from Pakistan bowlers will make sure the ball will travel. Might want to bring in Nawaz. Imad won't do much. Also, please get rid of Wahab Riaz, he is a mediocre bowler.

However, Malinga will probably be playing and Lanka generally field well so I would say 50-50 under these conditions. Tomorrow's match against UAE will gauge the favourites from these match. Before the tournament i felt that SL are better, but our performances against UAE compared to SL was far more convincing so today i felt we were definitely winning

Sri Lanka can't bat well. They haven't gone past 130 often in their past few games, and Pakistans bowling attack is probably the best in the tournament so their batting will really struggle against us. Let's see how Pakistan do well against UAE - if it's a convincing win ie we score 160+ and they come nowhere close I would say Pak are favourites for Wednesday

I don't think you watched that game, he hit a boundary and then got out, I was watching the game with a bunch of my friends who are all articulate and knows the game of cricket inside out unlike you, armchair blind shakib fan. The commentators were stating that he is out of form, when people were criticizing him you were hiding like a little mushy behind the stumps and dropping every catch, now all of a sudden he scores this, you come out with your shakib flag. He is nothing, if it wasn't for Sabbir we would have lost the match. We were just lucky Sabbir the next Ash strikes back. Let's see how Shakib fares against the best asian pace attack of Asia. Commiserations to our Sri Lankan brothers.


Excellent bowling in the last 12Overs in particular of the match by BD. Bowled well early on too, dropped some catches but key thing was heads didnt go down which we have seen many a times pre2014 era, use to happen.
Mustafiz is class, on these sort of wickets where if the ball grips even a little, if the ball turns even a little, he is unplayable most times! Little concerned with Soumya Sarkar's batting though. Sabbir Rahman- class, by far the best T20 batsmen in BD. And is in the making to do lot more good things going forward at LOI's. Shakib did well too, looks to have found some form with the bat, played a handy important more of a guiding innings, playing the anchor, supporting role while Sabbir was tonking it all around.
